Welcome to Heal & Revive. By accessing our website, joining our communities, or utilizing our services, you agree to the following terms:

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services independently. Minors may only use our services with explicit parental or guardian consent.
  • Nature of Service: Heal & Revive provides a platform connecting users with volunteer listeners and collaborating psychologists. We provide emotional support and wellness guidance, not medical treatment.
  • Zero-Cost Model: All core counseling services are provided free of charge. You agree not to offer or provide payment to any volunteer or collaborator.
  • User Conduct: You agree to use the platform respectfully. Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior toward volunteers will result in an immediate ban.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your communication channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Email).
  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms.

Medical & Therapeutic Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: HEAL & REVIVE IS NOT A CRISIS SERVICE.
  • Not a Medical Provider: Heal & Revive is a wellness initiative. The information and support provided do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.
  • No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Use of our services does not establish a formal doctor-patient relationship. Our volunteers provide emotional support, not clinical medical interventions.
  • Emergency Situations: If you are experiencing a medical emergency, thinking about suicide, or are in a state of crisis, please immediately contact your local emergency services (e.g., 911, 999, 112) or go to the nearest hospital.
  • Limitation of Liability: Heal & Revive and its volunteers shall not be held liable for any decisions made or actions taken by a user based on the support received through our platform.
